Black Dog
Following the dissolution of Rebel, Olivier began working on songs with Michel Aymé.
They rehearse with Gérald Manceau, drums and Noël Assolo, bass.
They did some try-outs with Jeff Deroche on vocals.
1993, Olivier and Michel work on the “Led Zeppelinian” Black Dog concept.
Karny Aboulafia, met during the 70s RDV sessions in Davout, makes the first conclusive vocals at the SBC studio. Michel does not want to reform a band and leaves the project.
The band Black Dog is formed with Karny, Olivier, Fabien Gevraise (lead guitars), Gilles Villeroy (keyboards), Fréderic Milgram (bass) and Christian Namour (drums). He begins rehearsals and recordings.

Diaspora
Olivier and Karny change the musical direction of Black Dog to integrate more groove and elements of world music.
After a few try-outs with Gérald Manceau and Noël Assolo, they formed Diaspora with Gilles Villeroy (keyboards), Guillaume Rolland (bass) and Eric Lafont (drums) replaced in 1997 by Laurent Locuratolo.
In 1999, Olivier and Karny returned to the studio to finalize the last pieces of Diaspora with guests on some tracks.
